Usage
What counts toward your allowance
One payment verification is counted each time PayMQR checks a submitted payment
against one of your orders. Creating payments, links and QR codes is unmetered. The
other plan limits are in the table above.
Counts toward your allowance
A customer sends payment evidence and PayMQR checks it against the order.
You submit payment evidence for an order yourself.
Does not count
Creating a payment, a payment link or a QR code.
Generating, downloading or printing a QR code.
Opening a checkout link, or a customer viewing one.
Opening your dashboard, analytics or any other page.
Receiving webhooks, or reading a payment through the API.
Your remaining allowance is shown in the merchant console under Usage,
with the exact time it resets. Free is metered per day; paid plans are metered per month.
Billing questions, answered plainly
How does billing work?
Every account starts on Free. To upgrade, choose a plan in Billing and pay for one term by UPI. Paid plans do not renew automatically.
Does PayMQR take a cut of my payments?
No. Your customers pay your own UPI account directly. PayMQR never holds, routes or settles that money, so there is nothing for it to take a percentage of. You pay PayMQR for the software, and nothing else.
How do I move to a paid plan?
Choose the plan from Billing in your PayMQR account. You pay PayMQR by UPI, and the plan activates once PayMQR confirms the payment. Your payments, links, QR codes and API keys are unaffected by a plan change.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. PayMQR holds no payment method for your account and cannot take money from you. Each plan period is something you choose to pay for.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account returns to the free plan at the end of the period you paid for. Your payments, links, QR codes and records stay where they are; the free plan's allowances apply from then on.
