Free Google Review QR Code Generator

Paste your Google review link and get a QR poster for your counter. Scanning it opens your review page — no app, no account, no sign-up here.

Upload it and we will read the link back out of it. It is read in this browser, not on our server.

The link from your Google Business Profile. It usually starts with g.page or search.google.com.
Where do I find my Google review link?

In your Google Business Profile, open Read reviews, then Get more reviews, and copy the link it shows you. You need to be signed in to the Google account that manages the business.

Google notes that its own review QR codes can only be generated on a computer, not on a phone. Pasting the link here works on either.

Printed above the code, so a customer knows whose poster this is.

Paste your Google review link and your poster appears here.

Everything here happens in your browser — the poster you generate and the QR you upload. PayMQR never receives or stores your review link or your business name.

A QR at the counter is the easy part. Knowing what happened is not.

This poster asks a customer for a review. The other thing you ask them for at the same counter is money — and a UPI transfer leaves you with a screenshot, a bank alert and the job of matching them up.

That is what PayMQR is for. A payment link or hosted checkout makes a record for every payment, collects the customer's proof on the page they paid from, and checks it against the amount and destination the payment was created with.

  • One record per payment, with its own status and timeline.
  • A unique paise suffix, so an amount matches exactly one order.
  • Proof collected on the checkout page, not over WhatsApp.
  • Anything uncertain goes to your review queue, never to a guess.

How to make a Google review QR code

Copy your review link from your Google Business Profile, paste it into the field above, and add your business name if you want it printed on the poster. The QR code appears as you type. Download the poster, print it, and put it where people pay or wait.

Scan it once yourself before it goes on the counter. The page it opens is the page your customers will see, and it is the only check worth doing.

Where do I find my Google review link?

In your Google Business Profile: open Read reviews, then Get more reviews, and copy the link. You need to be signed in to the Google account that manages the business.

A Maps share link works here too — it opens your listing, and the customer taps through to write a review from there. It is one tap longer, so use the Get more reviews link if you have it.

Does a Google review QR code expire?

No. The QR code contains your review link and nothing else, so it keeps working for as long as that link does. There is no account here, no expiry date and nothing to renew.

It stops working only if the underlying link stops working — if the business profile is removed, or merged with another. If that ever happens, generate a new poster and scan it yourself before it replaces the old one.

Can I print the QR code for my counter or reception?

Yes, and that is what the poster is for. The download is a 2040px PNG, which prints cleanly at A5 and stays sharp on a table card. Print sends just the poster to your printer, without the rest of this page.

Keep the code at least 3 cm square on a counter card, leave the white margin around it alone, and avoid shiny lamination directly over the symbol — those are the three reasons a printed code fails to scan.

Can I share my review QR on WhatsApp?

Yes. Share opens WhatsApp with a short message and your review link already in it, and on a phone it can send the poster image itself. The message opens as a draft — you can rewrite it before sending, and nothing is sent by this page.

Can customers leave an honest negative review too?

Yes, and they must be able to. This tool encodes one link that goes to everybody: there is no way to show it only to happy customers and no way to route unhappy ones somewhere else.

That is deliberate. Google's contribution policy does not allow merchants to discourage negative reviews or to selectively ask only satisfied customers for one — a practice usually called review gating — and a tool that made it easy would be putting your listing at risk, not ours.

Can I offer customers a discount for leaving a review?

No. Google's policy prohibits offering an incentive — payment, a discount, free goods or services — in exchange for posting a review, or for changing or removing one. Reviews found to be incentivised can be removed, and the profile itself can face restrictions.

Asking is allowed. Asking everyone, without offering anything and without steering what they write, is the version that is safe to print.

Does PayMQR store my Google review link?

No. The QR code and the poster are built by JavaScript on this page: your review link and business name stay in your browser, and PayMQR has no endpoint they could be posted to. An imported QR image is read here too — it is never uploaded.

The address bar also never changes while you type, so your link cannot end up in your browser history or in something you paste to someone else. Our privacy policy covers the rest of the site.

If you also take payments at that counter, the UPI QR code generator makes a payment poster the same way. Both run entirely in your browser, and neither asks for an account.
