Free Table QR Code Generator
One menu address becomes a numbered set — Table 1 to 24, each code its own address — laid out on A4, ready to print.
Enter your menu address and the sheet appears here.
Your menu address stays in this browser. PayMQR never receives it, and the codes are built on your own device.
How a table QR set works
Each card gets its own address. A customer at table seven scans the card on table seven, and the page that opens knows it is table seven — so the order that reaches your kitchen carries the table with it.
That only works if your menu page reads the number. If it does not, the codes still open your menu and the number is simply ignored; nothing breaks, and you can add it later without reprinting.
Which option should I pick?
In the address puts the number in the path, like cafenoor.in/menu/table/7. It reads well and most ordering systems built for this expect it.
As a parameter adds it on the end, like cafenoor.in/menu?table=7. Pick this one if your menu is a page you did not build — a Google Doc, a Linktree, a website builder — because those read a parameter and ignore an unknown path.
If you are not sure, ask whoever built your menu page which one it understands. The page shows you the rule in one line and every address in full, so you can send them this list rather than a description.
Check the list before you print
The addresses are shown under the sheet for a reason. A set where every card points at the same page scans perfectly and is wrong — and you find out from your own order list, after the cards are on the tables. Read down the list and see that the numbers change.
Printing
Press Print the sheet and choose Save as PDF, or print straight to paper. The sheet is laid out for A4 — in the print dialog, leave the scale at 100% and turn off "fit to page", or every code comes out slightly smaller than it was measured for.
Four to a page gives a card for a table tent. Eight gives a sticker. All three sizes print a code far larger than the smallest a phone can read, so pick the one that fits where the card is going.
Matte paper or lamination beats glossy, which throws the flash back at the camera. Scan one card before you print the rest.
Can I get a single code instead?
Every row in the list has a PNG button for that one card. Use it when a table gets a replacement, or when you want to put one code somewhere that is not a sheet.
For a single code that is not part of a numbered set, the URL QR code generator makes one card with a design around it.
Is my menu address sent anywhere?
No. The codes are built by your own browser on this page. There is no form to submit and nowhere for it to go, and nothing is kept when you close the tab.
How to make a set of table QR codes
- Paste the address each code should open.
